Taizeel Adatia | CPA, CA, MPAcc
Taizeel is a CPA, CA with an MPAcc (University of Saskatchewan) and a BCom in Accounting (University of Alberta). She brings experience across residential and multi-family construction, technology, energy, utilities, and the not-for-profit sector.
As a Fractional Chief Financial Officer, she supports organizations across Alberta and the North—helping leadership teams make confident decisions, build the right financial systems, and implement reporting that turns numbers into strategy.
Beyond client work, Taizeel contributes to local organizations and mentors emerging finance leaders. She actively advances diversity and women’s leadership in the workplace by facilitating peer networks and advising on inclusive hiring and promotion practices.

Miranda Hammond | CPA, CA
Miranda is a CPA, CA with a BCom from the University of Alberta. She began her career at PwC in audit and assurance, serving clients across North America, and has since worked in land development, government, and corporate finance, including several years as a Controller.
As a Fractional Controller and Senior Accounting Consultant, Miranda supports organizations in the non-profit, property development, architecture, oilfield services, energy and utilities, and engineering sectors. She strengthens day-to-day finance operations, builds decision-ready reporting, and helps leadership teams make clear, confident decisions.

Alaeshia Campbell | CPA
Alaeshia is a CPA who holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Accounting from MacEwan University. She began her professional career in public practice, specializing in tax, audit and assurance. Since then, she has gained experience across the transportation, non-profit, energy, equipment distribution, and property management sectors, holding key positions in finance and accounting.
As a Fractional Controller and Senior Accounting Consultant, Alaeshia delivers financial guidance and services to businesses. She oversees accounting operations, evaluates financial health, and ensures regulatory compliance. Alaeshia specializes in optimizing accounting systems and she helps organizations streamline their processes and reporting to facilitate efficient and effective decision-making.

Coral Collins | Accountant
Coral brings 20+ years of finance experience across industries in Canada and the U.S., with hands-on roles as a Controller and Bookkeeper. She’s known for spotting financial gaps, anticipating operational risks, and building practical systems that give owners clarity and control.
Her focus is simple: deliver bookkeeping that’s accurate, efficient, and empowering—so leaders can make confident decisions and stay focused on the bigger picture.

Karen Neil | CPB, Accountant
Karen is a Certified Professional Bookkeeper (CPB Canada) with a Bachelor of Management in Accounting from the University of Lethbridge. She has worked in bookkeeping since 2016 and previously served as an auditor with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). Her background also spans in-house accounting roles, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial analysis across multiple industries.
Since 2019, Karen has worked with Adatia, providing bookkeeping support to clients in a variety of sectors. She handles day-to-day data entry and job costing, completes bank reconciliations, runs payroll, and manages CRA filings to keep clients compliant and decision-ready.
Outside of work, Karen is an active community member. She plays basketball, recently took up hockey, and billets U16 girls’ hockey players from out of town to support their development.
